At TUA PELLE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Return Eligibility

Eligible for Return

  • Unopened products in original packaging
  • Products returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Defective or damaged items (report within 7 days)
  • Wrong items received
  • Products that caused an allergic reaction (with documentation)

Not Eligible for Return

  • Opened or used products (unless defective)
  • Products returned after 30 days
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items marked as final sale
  • Free gifts or promotional items

Contact Us

Email us at returns@tuapelle.com or call (555) 123-4567 with your order number and reason for return.

Receive Return Label

We will email you a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours of your request.

Pack & Ship

Pack the items securely in original packaging if possible. Attach the return label and drop off at any carrier location.

Receive Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refund Options

Original Payment Method

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. Please note that your bank may take additional time to process the refund.

Store Credit

Opt for store credit and receive an additional 10% bonus on your refund amount. Store credit never expires and can be used on any future purchase.

Exchange

Want a different product instead? We are happy to exchange your item for another product of equal or lesser value. For higher-value items, you can pay the difference.

Treatment Services Refund Policy

For our facial, body sculpting, and hair treatment services:

  • Full refund if cancelled 48+ hours before appointment
  • 50% refund if cancelled 24-48 hours before appointment
  • No refund for cancellations less than 24 hours before appointment
  • Rescheduling is free up to 24 hours before your appointment
  • Service packages are non-refundable but can be transferred to another person

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will immediately send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund including any shipping charges.
